Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Niva Ayurveda, we strive to provide the best Ayurvedic products and services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order is shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product received (with valid proof – photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery).
  • Order not delivered due to our fault.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Delay caused by courier/logistics once dispatched.
  • Ayurvedic consultations/services (non-refundable once booked/used).

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method only.

4. Exchange Policy

  • In case of a defective or wrong item, we may provide a replacement/exchange instead of a refund.
